IT'S ALL OVER AS MR CLEAN DECIDES TO COME CLEAN

After locking himself up and conferring with his high profile lawyers and some close confidants, Governor Eliot Spitzer decided that the best course of action is to resign. As it (resignation) was being announced, those threatened by his tough actions to clean up Wall Street responded with happiness. There were reports that some of them even popped champagne to celebrate the end of his term.
