Yahoo has just released its list of the world's wealthiest men for 2008. This year, the investment guru Warren Buffet reclaimed the top spot from his friend Bill Gates of Microsoft, who went down to number three. The 2nd spot goes to Mexican telecom tycoon Carlos Slim Helú.

T he DOHA round of the World Trade Organization (WTO) negotiations intends to promote the opening of markets and promoting free trade. This April, the latest meeting failed to reach a conclusion.
